When I found breathwork in 2018, it was life changing. I was finally able to connect with my body in a way I never had before. This paved the way for deep healing and spiritual awakening.
I wanted to share this powerful tool, so I became a breathwork facilitator myself. Now, I’m teaching this transformative practice to other space holders like you. My hope is to deepen the collective breath.
We’re all breathing the same air. Through breathwork, you’ll guide people home to themselves and a sense of oneness with all.
The Program Includes…
6 weeks inside the training program
This program offers a comprehensive six-week course that provides participants with a deep and immersive learning space. These 6 weeks are designed to facilitate effective learning by providing space for integration, hands on practice, private messaging and dedicated opportunities for questions and answers throughout the week.
We will gather as a group over zoom once a week. During these sessions, we will conduct training, discuss breathwork topics, and provide a dedicated space for you to ask questions and seek clarification on anything that is taught or discussed.

In addition to our weekly group meetings, I will be readily available to you through Voxer, an instant voice and text messaging app. This means that as you engage in exercises and assignments during the week, you can reach out to me for support, guidance, or answers to any questions that may arise.
In addition to the one-on-one access you have to me via Voxer, you'll also be part of a Voxer group that includes other facilitators and participants. This group serves as a safe and inclusive space where community, sharing, and mutual support flourish. It's not just about individual guidance; it's about being part of a broader network of individuals who share similar goals.
This community dynamic allows participants to practice what they've learned, learn from each other's experiences, and collectively expand their knowledge. You can discuss ideas, receive feedback, and support each other as you progress through the program.

A Different Approach to Learning how to Lead Breathwork
Trauma-informed. This transformative breathing technique promotes agency vs. the common rigid breathwork techniques that are out there
Experiential and hands on. You’ll be leading breathwork sessions throughout the training (i.e. we’re not going to sit around and talk).

Week 1: The Fundamentals
In the first week, we will dive deep into the fundamentals of breathwork. You'll explore the very essence of how breathwork operates, its underlying principles, and the profound impact it can have on your well-being. We'll discuss the role of the breath in our physical and mental health, and how breathwork can be a powerful tool for self-transformation.
By the end of Week 1, you'll have a solid grasp of the essentials of breathwork, its historical context, and the multitude of advantages it can offer. You'll also have practical experience to build upon as you progress through the program, setting the stage for a transformative and enlightening journey on this path.
Week 2: Learn the Technique
In this week, you'll learn practical breathwork techniques for daily use and the transformational breathing technique. We'll cover the unique needs of corporate and private clients, exploring how to tailor your approach for each. This will ensure that you're well-prepared to guide clients effectively.
By the end of Week 2, you'll have acquired a toolkit of breathing techniques that you can readily apply, both for personal practice and when assisting others on their breathwork journey.
Week 3: Holding Space
You'll learn how to hold space effectively, whether it's in one-on-one sessions or in group settings. This skill is essential for creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their breathwork experiences and emotions. We'll cover techniques and strategies for fostering an atmosphere of trust, vulnerability, and support, tailored to both individual and group dynamics.
By the end of Week 3, you'll have developed the skills to create a safe and supportive environment for your clients, whether you're working with them one-on-one or in a group. Additionally, you'll learn the tools of active listening while holding space, enabling you to better understand your clients' needs and emotions, ultimately strengthening your ability to guide them in their breathwork journey.
Week 4: Energetics of Breathwork
This week is dedicated to equipping you with practical techniques to clear and balance energy both before and after a breathwork session. You'll learn various methods, such as meditation, breathwork exercises, and other energy-clearing practices. These techniques are invaluable for ensuring that your clients enter sessions with an open and harmonious energy flow and leave feeling balanced and refreshed.
By the end of Week 4, you'll be well-versed in understanding energy centers and be able to implement those techniques to clear and balance energy. This knowledge and skill set will enhance your ability to guide clients toward a more harmonious and aligned state, while also protecting yourself in the process.
Week 5: Incorporating Music and Sound
This week is dedicated to understanding the healing potential of sound. You'll discover how specific sounds and frequencies can have a profound impact on the body and mind, promoting physical and emotional healing. You'll also explore the therapeutic use of sound in addressing issues such as stress, anxiety, and emotional trauma, and how to apply these practices in your breathwork sessions.
By the end of Week 5, you'll have gained insights into the art of implementing sound in breathwork and harnessing its potential for healing. This knowledge will equip you with a powerful tool to enhance the breathwork experience and support your clients on their journey toward emotional and physical well-being.
Week 6: The Business of Breathwoork
For week 6 we will explore effective marketing strategies to promote your breathwork services. This includes understanding your target audience, creating a compelling online presence, utilizing social media, and developing a marketing plan to reach potential clients. You'll learn how to effectively convey the value of your services and connect with individuals seeking breathwork guidance.
You'll gain valuable insights into the client acquisition process. This includes setting up discovery calls, which serve as an initial meeting to understand the needs of potential clients and establish a connection. You'll also learn how to onboard clients smoothly, providing them with essential information, agreements, and a seamless experience to ensure their journey with you is both professional and rewarding.
By the end of Week 6, you'll be equipped with the knowledge and strategies needed to effectively market your breathwork services and confidently guide clients through the initial stages of their breathwork journey. This week will help you establish a strong foundation for a successful and sustainable breathwork practice.
